DECALEUR // 35.0 HANDLEBAR MOUNT
* Split clamp for easy installation, no need to remove existing parts to install.
* Mounts directly to 35.0mm handlebars.
* Mounts to 31.8mm handlebars via optional shim set.
* Bar Clamp Width = 12mm.
* 31.8 Shim Clamp Width = 15mm.
* 8mm cross bar compatible with Ortlieb QL1 and similar top hooks.
* Standard clamp reach = 25mm.
* Available with optional Decaleur Extension for a total of 55mm reach.
* Available with Stainless Steel (75g) or Titanium (69g) hardware.
* Black anodized.
DIRECTIONS:
1) Install decaleur clamps on either side of stem clamp.
2) Install two P clamps on the cross bar and thread M5x10 bolts through P clamp holes and into decaleur.
3) Rotate decaleur clamps as needed to orient cross bar in the appropriate location for your bag's rail hooks. Each bike setup will vary with stem length, stem height, and bag size.
4) Tighten decaleur handlebar bolts to 4Nm - 6Nm as specified by handlebar manufacturer.
5) Tighten cross bar P clamp bolts to 3Nm.
--- It is recommended to use Loctite or similar thread locking compound on all bolt threads.
