LIMITED WARRANTY

CAMPESTRAL™ warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale.

This limited warranty applies only to CAMPESTRAL™ products purchased directly from an authorized CAMPESTRAL™ reseller and returned to the point of purchase for warranty service during the limited warranty period. This limited warranty provides for defective products to be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of CAMPESTRAL™. Proof of purchase is required.

This limited warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions during installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, and/or normal wear and tear.

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, implied or expressed, and does not cover any representation, warranty, or other information, written or oral, provided by authorized CAMPESTRAL™ resellers or any third-party, beyond the provisions of this warranty, including but not limited to any express warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is expressly limited to this limited warranty period.

If a defect is found, the entire liability of CAMPESTRAL™ and the sole remedy for claimants under this limited warranty or any implied warranty or any other obligation arising by operation of law or otherwise shall be limited as specified herein to repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of CAMPESTRAL™. In any event, responsibility for special, incidental and consequential damages is expressly excluded.

CAMPESTRAL™ does not directly process consumer warranty claims or accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including authorized CAMPESTRAL™ resellers. Any warranty claims or service, return, or refund requests must be made directly to the authorized CAMPESTRAL™ reseller, with all product returned to the point of purchase freight prepaid, and are additionally subject to the return policies of that retailer, which may differ from those of CAMPESTRAL™.
