FENDER SPACER KITS

Titanium and aluminum hardware for mounting fenders to standard M5 frame mounts.
Alloy spacer works great for positioning fender struts outboard of disc brake calipers, to position fenders on frames with vertical seat stay mounts, or to attach fenders to front derailleur pulley mounts on CX frame seat tubes .
Lightweight titanium bolts save weight and prevent corrosion.
Nylon washers provide excellent, low-profile fender dampening.
Leather washers are hand cut in Portland from reclaimed scrap materials and complete the look of a perfect L’Eroica build.

- Spacer // 30mm x 10mm OD x 5mm ID // Aluminum (4g)
- Long Button Head Bolt // 40mm M5x0.8 // ISO7380 // Titanium (2.5g)
- Short Button Head Bolt // 10mm M5x0.8 // ISO7380 // Titanium (0.5g)
- Black M5 Washer // 1mm thickness // Nylon (0.1g)
- Natural M5 Washer // ~3mm thickness // Leather (0.2g)

Kits available in various configurations with and without washers.

DIRECTIONS

Always use Ti-Prep or similar anti-seize compound on titanium bolt threads.
For best vibration dampening results, place washer directly against frame mount, under the spacer or fender body.
Please note that leather washers will compress slightly in use. Leather washer dimensions are approximate.
